It has come the attention of the USF, that you have recently contacted one of our prestigious members regarding your past relations. This transgression on your part is what has prompted this swift and appropriate recourse from the USF.
A text message received by Mr. XXXX, an executive council member for the USF, was received 11:00 PM on Saturday March 1, 2008 from your cellular phone (Verizon - 908-111-1111) stating the following:
"You screwed up you moron, you'll never do better than me".
The USF takes tremendous pride in its membership, and it is our tradition to take any and all attacks on its members and their character, with serious regard.
According to Mr. XXXX the following are stated as fact:
? Fact # 1 - You went on a series of < 10 ?Dates? with Mr. XXXX over the course of 6-8 weeks
? Fact # 2 - Your physical relations never progressed beyond what can be described as ?kissing?
? Fact # 3 - Mr. XXXX was courteous, generous, polite and of a course always a gentlemen during your tenure seeing each other. Opening doors as well as paying for the time you had spent together.
? Fact # 4 - Under no circumstance was Mr. XXXX considered your ?boyfriend? nor was he ever part of an exclusive relationship with you.
? Fact # 5 ? When the relationship deteriorated, you were politely notified by Mr. XXXX via email of the termination of your relations.
Now that all of the facts have been stated the USF would like to refer to testimony of our executive member, Mr. XXXX.
Mr. XXXX has stated that he enjoyed the time you spent together and did like you as a person. However, things came to a breaking point during a dinner date at a sushi restaurant in Somerville, NJ. It was at this time that our member came to a breaking point with the volume of your voice in a public setting. According to his testimony the volume issues had bothered him before but after being gazed upon menacingly by the patrons seated at the surrounding tables on that evening had reached his tolerance threshold. It was within days of this dinner that you were notified via email that the casual relationship you enjoyed had been terminated and that you were placed on waivers indefinitely.
After careful review and consideration of the facts and testimony in this case, it is without regret that the Executive Council of the USF makes the following proclamation:
1) Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
2) Take your medication(s)
3) This most recent contravention on your part is a clear reinforcement of the assumed notion that the best relationship decision Mr. XXXX has ever made was terminating his association with you.
4) Refer to 1-3
Also, it is not a formal proclamation but the Executive council recommends formal training in vocal volume and projection control.
Furthermore, any and all attempts to communicate with Mr. XXXX, or any other members of the USF, whether formal, informal or via a 3rd party conduit, are strictly forbidden.
Any failures to comply with this resolution will result in the filing of an order of protection.
