I bought a 4TB WD portable from the Best buy seller for ~$80 (plus +$10 sales tax on the original $100) plus a couple of other things that have been on my watch list for months.

Twenty percent off... pretty good. Stacked with ebates, and it makes up a little of that sales tax.

Ebay does, although ultimately it's coming out of seller fees (Final Value, listing).
