Wait...a...second. You're telling me that you can root a Nook Color and turn it into an Android tablet. That's fucking amazing. Wish someone would have talked about this earlier.

Now that Bluetooth is almost working (for anything within a foot) the Nook Color is about to go Super Saiyan 2 on cheap tablets...

It's impossible to "brick" the NC unless you fry some hardware. The NC will ALWAYS boot off of SD first, so it's recoverable.

Can't wait till someone gets the bluetooth working well. Supposedly with one of the new CM7 build it will turn on but the range sucks. Still that would let bluetooth keyboards work and we could set up a file transfer from phones to the nook. Can't wait to see where that goes.,...

Hopefully they get that working better. It would open up a lot of possibilities for this thing.

No you can't brick it and you can get a microsd for under $10
