It's meant for people who require a lot of power in short burts, multiple times (i.e. football players, sprinters, etc). It's not really used to gain weight, however you may look a little bigger due to the fact that it makes you retain more water weight. I wouldn't really use it as something to help you lose weight either. I don't think it's been around long enough to determine any long term negative effects...

..didn't the EU ban it some time ago??

I think I could get away with 100 grams of protein(food included). Consider how much you are just pissing away too. Im thinking of just moving back to 2 protein shakes a day. lift on buddy!

You reckon you put on at least 27lbs+ of muscle in one year??!

A huge bulking cycle and then a very strict cutting cycle will not yield a 32lbs net gain of muscle...

How tall are you?

The point of creatine is this:

It lets you train harder because it aids recovery. Your body can only train so much before your recovery gets affected. BUT if you recovered faster/ more efficiently = you can train more optimally = better results.

You don't get massively huge on it. It gives the apperance of 'size' because creatine has the effect of making your body retain water = you get increase on the scales. I drop 2-3kg between night and morning weight depending on how much I have drunk and eaten. This weight (water + food) has nothing to do with muscle or fat. It is just what I eat and drink in a day.

I don't have the money or time to eat enough meat for the protein i need. Yeah, if you're sitting infront of your computer all day and hit the gym once every few weeks, you probably don't understand the necessity for protein, but some of us do.

i am going to start to do this... does it sound good??? 1 scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard, Chocolate in the morning and then go to school... after school go to the gym and work out for 1.5-2hrs and then come home and take 2 scoops of the 100% Whey Gold Standard, Chocolate. Within my day i will be eating 3-4 other small meals consisting of fruits vegi's or another source of good diet protein... I will total about 150-160g protein per day! how does it sound?

There seems to be an overemphasis on protein. Make sure you also get plenty of good fats and carbs. What are those? Go to a body building forum.

Getting CARBS when bulking CAN NOT BE UNDERSTATED. Most people go overboard on the protein THEN CUT DOWN ON THE CARBS = useless. Your body then starts to use the protein that was MEANT for GROWTH AND REPAIR for ENERGY instead...

I toughed it out for 9 months. Was lean at 77.5Kg then started to eat 4-5 medium to large meals a day for the next 9 months. Got myself up to 83.5Kg. Not all of it was muscle (not naive to think that it was ALL muscle ) but I was bigger and still fairly lean at 83.5Kg. I got tired of eating so much and stopped eating as much and I dropped to 81.5-82Kg.

More calories in then expensed with through your body not using it = gain fat. Simple as that.

Yes you will get a bit fatter BUT if you want to get BIGGER you will put on some fat. Then just cut down later (less food, up the cardio) then you will lose the fat.

Trying to gain mass through eating lean is not going to be easy and it will be a LONG and DRAWN out process. Most people give up with lack of results with this method.

Agreed.

Up until about January, I tried to only gain muscle. I did, but I gained like 5 lbs in a year, which is also probably bone density.

This year I've been eating more, and I'm growing much faster. I'm also getting a bit more fat, yes, but I walk about 3 miles a day average for college classes. That slow walking helps keep the fat down.
