Looking for an easy way to setup a website that I can use to host pictures and give the ability of people to come to the site and browse those pictures and choose what products they want to buy. What is the easiest way to do this?

You want someone to walk you through the entire process of setting up an online store? Yeah, a lot of people are really going to jump at the chance to do that for free...

It is never that simple. What you are asking for is fairly time consuming to do from scratch.

Just put a few things up on ebay or sell it with Google Checkout and call it a day.
