I've had mine since October of last year, and it is without a doubt the best flash media MP3 player available. It's got a radio tuner, up to 128 MB Smart Media storage, it's compact, has great sound, and lasts 20 hrs on 1 AA battery. I got the docking cradle (rare---it synchs and charges the battery) and the headphones w/remote with it and love it. I got mine from that Tigerdirect fiasco for around $50 referbed, so $44 is a real steal.

I don't think this unit has a radio tuner.

Nope, this one does not have the radio tuner. I have the Nomad II (no C) which has the tuner.

Only non-C players have FM tuners and they have been out of production for some time. I owned one and can tell you that FM reception was very weak. As MP3 player it's a solid good performer. Another added bonus is that it uses Smart Media for expansion which is the cheapest of all flash media. For $44 ar is an excellent deal.

I canceled my order just so that i can get $15.00 off but it is not working for me.
No rebates are showing up anymore. Price went upto $99.00
