I think the Blue card is not as hard to get as it used to be.
When the blue card first came out, very few people were able to get it. It's not the case now.

It depends what you define as a "success". Sure, a lot of people have and use the card, but I also think they are losing tons of money (because of people like me....run up $6000 in charges for the 6-mo 0% period, and then pay off the balance as soon as the intro period ended)
