I bought some last week because I couldn't afford the $200 bleach service from my doctor. One week has gone by and my teeth are noticeably one to three shade whiter. It's possible that the my new tooth paste might be the culprit in stimulating this intense whitening process. The only problem I have is that,it doesnt get in between your teeth very well. The trick, (advise from my dentist) is to use a tooth pick and smear in down. Can you picture it? hehehe... Of course gently so you won't tear the strip.

Anyways, the other hand. Colgate simply white, is also a whitening gel and it also has a guarantee (not limited to time) and it only takes about a week to notice the difference. My girlfriend loves these strips. I originally bought them for myself but she got ahold of them and I haven't seen them since. She said my teeth were too white already and somehow that means she's justified to them

Anyway, her teeth do look much whiter. She's used about half the package, once/day and I can already tell a difference.

You do not keep these on overnight. Put them on for about a half hour and then brush your teeth when you're done.

I heard that there's like 4% bleach in the gel on the strips, while the Professional strips you get at the dentist have 8% (or so) and the platters that the dentist use to whiten your teeth have 12-14%. Can't remember the exact numbers, but it's something like that.

i used a box.. i would put on one strip when i went to bed and wear it overnight...

holy cow!!! HUGE difference... my teeth were whiter than an ozmond family picture.

Yup, all the stores around here (Dallas, TX) have them for $25. But it gets even better...
