Question Critical Errors can't do anything giving up already

Hi guys,
hope u all are fine, need ur help here my pc has been acting weird for almost a week i tried installing new windows of all kinds (xp,7,8,10) to fix this problem my laptop is HP pavilion g6-2319el notebook it has duel graphics adaptor integrated with processor AMD A4-4300m with Radeon hd 7420G.
graphics drivers were working fine a week ago but suddenly they started showing yellow sign and screen resoultion got fixed on 1280x720 can't go higher then that in screen resolution click on advance settings show adaptor called (microsoft basic display adaptor)
i tried installing driver from verious sources to fix this problem first i tried from same offical website of hp i used a year ago (never encountered these kind of problems before)
all other drivers are working fine accept vga ...
on internet i found out about ram being defacted but when i ran a memory dignostics tool to test ram it came out fine, i even changed ram slot to test.
i am also getting bsod called ((( system thread exception not handled (atikmdag.sys))))

I lol'd when I read the speccy, it indicates that your average CPU temp is 141c That ain't right, try another program, e.g. https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html and see if it will read temps correctly. If you have not reapplied thermal paste in the last couple years, now is the time.

I know you did it already, but install fresh 8.1 and immediately do all the drivers from that link in the proper order. Install this too https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/ Do that, AFTER reapplying thermal paste, dusting, and and re-seating ram and cpu. It is SOP (standard operating procedure) for a troubleshoot like this. It is possible you have a dying component/s, it happens, nothing last forever. Physical maintenance, correct methodology for software installation, and testing, is the only way to determine what's what. I suggest running crystaldisk info too.

Almost forgot. If you get an error installing the legacy AMD drivers, do not sweat it. Uninstall it from device manager. It will put that MS basic driver in as you experienced. Click on update driver for the basic adapter, and manually point it to the display drivers in your AMD folder on your boot drive, which is C: for most laptops. In there - go to the drivers folder - click on packages -drivers -display, open it and look for a setup file -that is the one you want.
