My Resume is as follows. I am curious as i keep seeing resumes with an objective... Do i need one? The resume is properly formatted in a .doc file, so ignore the formatting. Is everything in a logical and presentable order? Any reasonable suggestion is very appreciated.

Objectives aren't really necessary. You can mention an objective in a cover letter, if applicable.

I would drop Safeway as its 5-6 years old now and doesn't seem applicable to what you're looking for. Similarly, cut down the 8 bullet points from Target. Your Navy experience (most recent) and tech skills appear to be the "meat" of the resume, the rest is there to show you've been gainfully employed over the last several years.

It's hard to comment without seeing the formatted document, but make sure it's not too cramped (white space is good), and also make sure it converts to pdf properly. Good luck.

I'd remove that Safeway job unless you're applying for positions in retail.

Expand upon the other jobs a bit, relevant to the position you're applying for. You should always make changes to your resume for each application, highlighting any skills and previous responsibilities which the position calls for.

Updated meat a little bit. Took out some things. I think my fourth bullet on my first block is too long now... I'm seriously bad at talking about what I've done.

Do not include key-words for jobs you are not interested in. Add extra key-words for jobs you are interested in. Many times a resume will simply be content analysed and you will be put in a data-base for later inspection upon there being a job opening.

Also; If you know what kind of job you want try to socially network your way in.
