what are you seeing for heart rate? anyone?
I don't measure my heart rate either but I'm pretty certain it's way beyond the maximal fat burning zone.

Just curious. you younger guys can run in the 150's and up, and from what I understand the whole crossfit thing is anerobic by default.

Last year: 173 reps (8 HSPU) with a 9:18 tie-break. Hope I can hold the same tie break with quite a few more HSPU
