While my form on back squats has been honed over thousands of reps, I have not done any front squats in two years and my form is not particularly good. I'm contemplating throwing some more front squats in to help me with power cleans and overhead work. At the very least, I'd like to get a bit more comfortable with having a heavy barbell in the rack position.
