I can not curl 185 for ten strict reps. I put some 45s on the back side of the dip station with good handles to make it not wobble. It worked.

Why do you stretch upwards before each deadlift? I've seen other lifters do that and am not sure why. BTW, I'm amazed at how easy 635 looked. Keep up the strong work.

You can get a bigger/deeper breath in when you're wearing a belt by using that technique.

Looking good. I may have asked this before, but what're your stats for like weight/height and all that jazz?

also: Do you find that the belt helps you DL more? I've never tried using one for higher lifts
