After 15 minutes of on hold, I finally got to talk to a live person. She said that they just received a new batch of 256MB CL2 memory today and my order should go out today.

I thought the RAM price had fallen about $5 since I bought it two weeks ago. Since I bought two sticks, I called to check about having the difference credited. I spoke with two different people, one in Sales and one in Customer Services. The one in Sales said the policy was not to credit the difference. The one in Customer Services said the difference was only $1 (oops - I wouldn't have bothered to call if I'd known that!). He sort of hedged on crediting the difference. I think the official policy is they don't do it, but if the difference is substantial they might help you out in some way. He did say that one way you can definitely get credited the difference is to RMA the RAM you received and purchase new.
