the price of the Crucial kit should be $315.99 AFTER $60 INSTANT REBATE!!!!

Some lucky people got it for $266 + shipping.

I'm pretty sure that someone at newegg messed up and hence why the code stopped working once they realized what was going on.

My guess is either their stock is low now so they've stopped offering the promo or they're fixing their system so that the correct price is reflected in the order...

Price before $60 rebate is $325.99.

The promo webpage shows $315.99 after instant rebate... see the discrepancy? I think the price on the normal webpage should be $375.99, not $325.99

Yeah, I've been watching the prices on these the last couple days and it looked like a mistake to me as well since the coupon they had said 315 after 60 dollars off. . . I watched them go from 50 in stock to 19 in fairly short order, and finally when I'd decided to go for it. . .no joy. . .boooooo

I'm in the exact same boat, and after reading about CES, I'm thinking that I may want to wait till Q2 or later to go C2D.
I may even settle for a cheap AM2 setup to match my DDR2 for now, then when the time is right take my D9's out of the
temp system and replace them with value ddr2.. Hmmm..

Actually those GEILs aren't bad either for $290 after everything, rated PC2-9600 DDR2 1200MHz in AM2 systems. Too bad they need too high a voltage for my Bad Axe 1.
