It might even be faster with superfetch/prefetch enabled
Anyway, I could be wrong, ..
doing some googling you would see that allot of people advising to keep them enabled, allot advising to disable them.
From my point of view:
1. caching some stuff to the ram and not relying on the ssd is always better due to ram huge speed (3000+ mb/s, random access 10~100+ times better than ssd)
2. windows already detect ssd and disable defrag, if windows think disabling anything else is necessary, it should do it by default.
