Actually, with ram both high demand and very low demand can
lead to higher prices...High demand (outstripping supply) is obvious.
But very low demand means it falls into the specialty catagories,
where production is very very low, and prices are high.
I wouldn't expect to see SDRAM going back down much, because
it's yesterday's news...It's heading toward the low demand-high price
end of things (along with stuff like EDO memory that has been
there for a long time).
