What i also don't understand is the lowest begin point for the 850 Evo (25MB/s), however that drive recovers the best.

Would love everybody's opinion on that.

The 850 Evo model is the 120MB version. All the other drives shown have larger capacities, and larger capacity drives are usually faster. For example, Anandtech reports 850 Evo 4K random write scores of 170.2MB/s for the 120MB model and 298.6MB/s for the 250MB model.
