It seems to me that investors are just "tired" of cryptos. The demand is drying up and all the coins are paying the price.
Couple that with the fact that the U.S., Russia, and China doesn't really like Cryptos, I can easily see that cryptos will continue their free fall. I honestly don't even see light at the end of the tunnel right now with continual pieces of bad news day after day.
But.... I'm so heavily invested that to give up would guarantee me a loss. So I guess I'll keep hoarding LTC in the hopes that one day it will pay off.
If you're still in the black, sell everything now and sit this one out. You can always buy back in later but it doesn't look good in the near future.
Well, if you intended to sell, should have done it a week ago... there's a real risk now you are selling at/near the bottom since we've went below the trendline ($400). I'd just hold now and hope for the best.
I think it's safe to say crypto is dying..
No lol. But I've been following the news on Reddit every so often and man.. I'd love to invest in some, but the Canadian BTC exchanges charge insane admin fees. You sure?
The prices are actually going up.
Lot of dumps though.
Now if all the AltCoins except a few died.
I would be so happy.

I think if the crappy Alt coins die, then BTC and LTC values will drop even more. Though I do agree, a lot of them are all show no go. The only ones I like right now are DOGE and VTC. However I haven't been following alternative coins anymore and basically stopped mining. Even pulled my 7950 out to save power!
Why not? Just don't buy the AMD reference cooler and you're good to go imo. I'd be more than happy to get a R9 290X for ~$300... No way you're going to get a R9 290X brand new for less than $600CAD imo.Wow, look at ebay. 580 R9 290's listed compared to 188 780's. People are definitely selling mining cards off in droves. Looks like the used ones are going for around $300. I'd have a hard time buying a used R9 290, or any recent AMD card for that matter.

I'll take a mining abused 290 for $300. Where?
Oh...it's probably the reference models with crappy cooling....
