I made $100 yesterday with a single HD 5850.

I think I'm going to get one of those d-wave ASICs.

I can't get Litecoin (cgminer) to run on my new 2500k rig for some reaoson. I am using latest ATI drivers, and it just keeps crashing every time I try to start it up. I tried all sorts of settings. I actually got it to run for about 10-15 minutes, but then it crashed again.

What GPU mining pools and cryptos would you guys recommend?

Doge is much wow right now. You can sell doge for ltc or btc on coinedup. Then sell on btc-e for cash or w/e.

You can make almost 10 times the LTC right now by mining doge, then converting, as opposed to just mining LTC.

I think I isolated the problem on my new rig... My 5870 apparently does not like me to tell it what thread concurrency to run at. When I take thread concurrency out of my bat file (regardless of its value) cg miner runs properly. Since I am unable to set thread concurrency, the highest I was able to get my Sapphire 5870 was around 360kH/s.

BTW, that dodge thing doesn't make any sense to me, the fact that you can get 10 times the LTC by mining dodge and converting...that's just blasphemy! I'll have to get started on it right away!

Lucky miner website appears to be down for me, though I'm still able to connect to and mine for the pool. Since I don't know if I'm being credited or not I hopped pools and setup luckyminer as the #2 priority pool. cgminer.conf FTW. Worst case all DOGE pools are down, it autoswitches to LTC.

I just put my gigabyte 7950 3gb on eBay and it's bidding for $325 already, apparently it's the most efficient miner.

Can anyone invite me to Poolerino? I've got quite a few MH/s looking for the best Doge pool...

I've been mining LTC exclusively for months. Definitely feel like I missed the boat on mining the trash coins and trading up, but TBH, it's a fucking pain in the ass an I just want to set my rigs up and forget about it.

I look @ coinchoose.com and half of these coins aren't even listed.... too many web sites out there lol.....

[DOGE] DogeCoin
very scrypt such random

much profit wow

many coin

lol...

I just set up my weakest miner to mine dogecoin. Same pool. I'll check back tomorrow and if all looks good I'll switch my more powerful miners over. I'm not setting up ANOTHER fucking wallet though. LTC and BTC is all I need.

Edit:

Also, it looks like bottlecaps is a great one right now too.

My luckyminer pool was unconfirmed for most for most of the day but right before I started typing most of it was credited to my wallet.

I stopped using luckyminer. Their website is very slow and unresponsive, probably because of too much traffic. Right now mining mainly on Poolrino and using Netcodepool as fail over, they both payout very quickly.

Wish I could get into Poolerino, but they're not accepting any new registrations. Invite only

Doge is the next boom lol. Price is going up fast. Early adopters may get rich for real. Don't sell low or just a little bunch not too cheap to drive the price up, even buy some to pump the price up, it's a no brainer. Much profit, wow.
