Protect against coming devaluation of RMB? Protect against government intrusion into their financial lives?

There are tons of people over there getting rich. Some of them hard workers but others just lucky/connected/corrupt/assholes. They need a way to put their money where it can't be found or accessed by the Chinese government. BTC is a pretty good way of doing this.

I mined about 2.5+mil of AKC on sunny's pool for giggles. Now it's time to get serious and point some more rigs at KDC :twisted:

Why exactly would you switch to KDC after the fork?

I don't know what will happen after the fork (presumably, goes up in value per KDC) but even now if you were to mine you can still make as much or more BTC per day than a coin hopping pool like wafflepool. I've been getting slightly over 0.01 BTC/day per 1MH/s on the machines I left on wafflepool, while the current value of my KDC holdings in my wallet is more like 0.0125 BTC/day per 1MH/s, if that makes sense.

I'm in the same boat. Too many new coins. I'm gonna mine KDC for a bit though and see how it goes. I bought a bunch with some BTC I had on coinedup, so we will see where that goes.

I'm on fast-pool. Time since last block is ~40 minutes which seems OK to me.

How much are you getting per day on suchcoins and what is your hashrate if you don't mind me asking?

I had auto payouts set to 10k on my pool, and it usually takes me 2-3 days to receive a payout... 2-3 days for 10k coins with 3.5MH/s... I'm definitely getting shafted somewhere

Started at about 9:30 AM and after about 4 hrs @ 3 MH/s got 430 over at weminenyan , it projects about 3300 p/day , but looks closer to 2500.

Supposedly just hit btc-c this AM so I will mine out the rest of 24 to see where it goes.

BC,DRK and Dope are all worth watching, I did get a little Dope , might start mining KDC again in hopes of price hike.

I haven't mined DOGE on Suchcoins for a while so I can't say. I'm only mining with the 7950 though, which gives me ~610KH/s with experimental intensity 110 while still letting me using the computer with minimal lag and no hardware errors.

You should get off Weminenyan imo. That pool is too big so it's getting all the blocks and thus, you get a smaller share. I think if you put your 3MH/s over at Nyan, you'd get significantly more. I'm on Fortynyaners. With just the 7950, it's taken me almost 4 days (unsure) just to make 2000 NYAN since Wemine is finding all the blocks.

Oh Chinese site... Wow there's a huge arbitrage opportunity there.

Suchcoins doesn't mine Nyan, and Suchcoins has only 1% of the DOGE network hash rate. Weminenyan has almost 50% of the network hash rate last I read about it.

I was getting inconsistent results with DOGE mining from pool.chunky.ms, so I switched to RapidHash and things smoothed out. Haven't mined there in the last couple of days, though; I moved my modest hashing power (two 7870s) over to Hashco.ws, which seems to give somewhat better returns.
