Cstrike Error

Whenever i play counter-strike i usually get an error after playing for a little while. "net_SendPacket Error:WSAEINTR" do u guys know what that is and how i can fix it? I assume that it might have something to do with my internet connection throughput, therefore disableing a firewall when i play....but thats all i can think of....

I had that happen to me in CS when I was using XP,I did a search and found out it was quite a common problem and the recommendation was to remove QoS from WinXP (in networking tab) which solved the problem for me.

hmm well i used to get that message a lot before. i have since installed winXP again and dont get the message anymore.

however i do for some reason time out a lot more than i think i should when playing, this can happen when being connected for any amount of time, sometimes after 5 mins, sometimes after 30mins or sometimes not at all, it is infuriating when playing clan matches though.

anyone know why this happens? when browsing the net, downloading or just simply being connected i never get connection problems and only get disconnected after my 2 hours have been used (BT 2 hour cut off).

P.S. excuse the 'r0x0rs' thing, i hate stuff like that myself anyway, just seemed appropiate. i think people that use words like that need a good stabbing in the head

This will help ,click on Start, Control Panel, then Network Connections,right click on your Internet connection & select Properties,then networking tab and it should be in the window box area,

For the most efficient Internet connection you should Uninstall as many unnecessary Clients/Services/Protocols as possible, e.g. Client for Microsoft Networks & QoS Packet Scheduler
