Well, East Granby is a small town, holds about 30.

lol, east granby is a small town, but we are hoping to "rock the town" or something like that. We are going to be hanging signs up at school and stuff, but there is not many places to advertise around, so we are hoping to get a few people that can bring friends that tell more friends and stuff. Hopefully we will get a good turnout as the lan gets closer

I grew up in that town. Class of '86. I used to be into LAN parties, but my FPS days are over - I find them boring now. These days I spend a lot of time playing racing sims.

racing sims are fun, what are your favorites?

Any of the F12K2 mods - GTR, BPR, M3 360 Challenge and the new Sports Car Racing release, plus a half a dozen others. Most info on those can be found at SimBin.

NASCAR Racing 2003 Season actually has the best graphics engine, netcode and physics, but I don't like NASCAR in general so I don't play it much.

I play in a couple of online leagues as well - Virtual Motorsport, and PCRacer's BPR League

If you ever decide to race online with one of these games use F1RST, an excellent replacement for Gamespy.

cool, i will have to try some of those games out, i will also try that game spy replacement, i am not a big fan of gamespy. Thanks for the list of new games for me to try
