Cube or Federation?

Which should I join?

The Federation, not only do we not force you to install implants into your body. We also don't make you lose your individuality. The Federation is a great and happy place, where even former borg are welcome. ( and current ones if they come bearing beer )

if you want to help us fire up the competition, join the Feds, we are 2nd on the team, but we hope to be beating up on the Borg on a regular basis soon, as of right now we only dish it out like once or twice a week. last i heard the Cube has over 60 members, the Federation is less than 15

The borg... I too was going through this dilema... but here are a couple of my reasons for choosing the borg... maybe they can help you out too... I'm not going to bash the Feds, I think they are a great team and as far as I'm concerned... we borg need the competition!

I wanted to be a part of something big... the borg are BIG, #8 overall!
I wanted to be associated with good people... borg have lots of cool people that are always active (so do the Feds )
I wanted access to personalized stats... Borg have our own proxy (not sure if Feds do or not... they may)
I wanted to join an already accomplished team... As stated above... Borg Rule!

Yes the decision is yours, evaluate both teams and then make the decision. In the end though, it really doesnt matter which you join for it is for the benefit of TA as a whole. Good luck and I hope to see your name as part of Unimatrix Nine!

yes we have a proxy just as capable as the Cube, every TA miniteam has this capability as far as i know, the Feds proxy is maintained by our Chief Proxy officer, Heavy Iron, a very capable server admin

Ah yes, I fondly remember the days when TA Cube was moving quickly through the ranks. Of course, way down at that level, there aren't millions of blocks between particpants.

As Kickassus of Borg, I say Join the Feds. We need more people to kick around!

Really, either one would be fine, as long as you crack for Team Anandtech. If you join the Borg, you are immediately on one of the biggest and best miniteams in the world. If you join the feds, you are immediately on one of the fastest growing and best miniteams in the world. So either way, you win.

The Feds do need the help, I would like to see the Borg and the Feds both in the Top 10 overall.

Yeah, for those who aren't into the whole Borg vs Feds thing, try The Asylum, The Naked Crackers, Crank, or Team Within Team Anandtech (TWTA, my personal fav! )

Train- I wasnt stating that the Feds were inferior to the Borg, those are just some of MY opinions and reasons I joined the Borg. Anyway, like I said, both teams are great, along with all the other mini-teams and individual players. Which ever you choose, you'll be on a winning team!

as far as i know the federation proxy is hidden, for members only, but a few other guys know about it. If you ask Heavy Iron he might show it to you, but we like to keep our flushes and buildups out of the public eye
