Should I disable the video card?
Should I update the bios to the latest?
Order for my modem, soundcard, scsi card, etc on the PCI slots?
Memory slot to install the 128mb PC133 stick that I have.

Please, I have to decide during this week. I have til Saturday to get it,

If you want problem free installation I would recommend not installing any cards into your AGP, PCI, or CNR slots until after you have Windows (I'm assuming you will install Windows) completely installed. The first thing you should do once you do get into Windows is install the INF and ATA drivers found on the CD that comes with the CUSL2. After that I would say it's ok to start plugging in your stuff. That's just my opinion derived from my own expierience (I always spell that word wrong) with the CUSL2.

Oh yeah, as far as the latest BIOS goes, I would only flash my BIOS if I absolutley had to. For isntance if there was a severe problem with stability. I can live with the inaccurate temperature readings that the earlier BIOS is known for. Not worth the risk of a bad flash rendering your board dead.

For your memory just stick it in the one marked 0 or 1, I forget which is the first. I don't think it matters which slot you use.

Hrmmm...floppy drive problem? What floppy drive problem?

As far as the Shutdown problem in Win98 where it hangs when you shut down, that is easily remedied.

Just go into your BIOS and disable USB Legacy Support.
I've read lots of problems are fixed by not using USB. However I've been lucky enough to have no problems with my USB. I use both ports on the board plus I will have two game controllers plugged into my USB keyboard, for a total of 4 USB devices connected at once. I don't anticipate any problems.

BTW, I think USB kicks a$$. Just plugging in a device and just installing the drivers is great. Then after that you can just hot swap USB devices all day long.
