Customizing License Plate Frames

I would like to customize a license plate frame that has my university's name on it (since the one they sell at the school store is ugly and does not go with my car's paint color whatsoever). What's a good place to go get this done...or even a special order through a certain website?

I've never done such a thing so I have no idea where to even start...thanks!
