I'm no doctor but I think no pulse is bad.

For all the other soon-to-be parents out there. I was actually afraid about 30-45secs after birth when they had her in the warmer. I was recording everything and when they put her in there, she stopped moving. Looked like she had stopped doing everything. They put the CPR mask on her (which I now know they do that instead of spanking them if they don't cry immediately) and started pumping. She didn't move for like 30 seconds and I stopped recording cause I was so scared. Obviously they knew what they were doing though because after that 30 seconds she was moving around swinging her arms and was a happy little waking up to the world baby . So for you new soon-to-be parents, don't be scared if that happens =P
