1. Ditch 1366 and get sandy bridge.
2. Do you actually need a HAF X?
3. the Asetek really isn't a great cooling solution
4. 850w is complete overkill for your system, and Raidmax isn't the greatest of PSU makers
5. You can get a better SSD for your budget
6. You really don't need a discrete NIC

This seems like a more reasonable build:

- Socket 1155 (Sandy Bridge) - i5 - 2500K (or i7-2600K if you must, but not needed)
- no extra cooling, no factory overclock
- 8 GB (2x4) basic DDR 1333 RAM (faster does not help sandy bridge)
- HD-1 = Intel 120GB, the 510 model is faster

Compare processors here:

So ran a quick try at cyberpower, and it looks like your budget is about $2,000 running the above configuration? If so, here is what you could get that's cheaper and faster:
Intel Core i5-2500K $219.99
Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 $128.99
G.Skill Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory $54.99
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB $64.99 x2
OCZ Vertex 3 120GB $249.99 - $20 MIR
XFX Radeon HD 6950 2GB $279.99 x2 - $40 MIR
Cooler Master HAF X $179.00
Corsair 850HX $180.98 - $20 MIR
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit) $99.99

Total: $1803.89 - $80 MIR = $1723.89

This is a lot better, but the HAF X and 850HX are complete overkill. I'd take a look at the HAF 922 and XFX Core 550W instead.

Don't disagree with mfenn's sentiments on the case side as I was trying as much as I could of an apples to apples comparison, although with 2 6950's, don't you think 550 is a bit on the skimpy side if crysis pulls nearly 500w? A quality 650 would still be reasonable.

Ah, didn't notice that you had two there. Yeah, I would go with a 650W like the XFX Core 650.
