someone over at dixiesys.com's forums said you have until 6pm central time to backup your stuff. not sure how reliable it is.. but i'd backup no matter what..

If you're a former CW customer and lost data when the Racksahck servers got shut down, you have until 6pm Central Time today to get your data. I'm not really sure who's responsible for this but it looks like the Rackshack folks are just doing it for good will. If that's true- Good for them.
Even if you have already propagated to here (as I have) you can FTP into your old IPs and get your data.

Yeah, I forgot the link but somone linked to the Wayback machine where it had an old copy of his personal site. He admitted that he was gay and his site was in the gay men of maine webring or something like that.

Headsurfer of rackshack extended the time the servers will be up.

"Rackshack has apparently unlocked the Plesk 1,2, 4, and 45 servers as well as those cobalt servers that weren't hacked so that users can backup their sites. RS says the servers will go down again at 8am CENTRAL TIME on July 25th"

after that, they would format those systems and resell. so if you need backups, do that NOW.
cw said they made backups last week also, but making the backups for yourself would be safer.
