I'd say the bits are mediocre. For $14 I'd give the whole set a 4/5 though, buying this many high quality bits would cost a lot more.
Despite the fancy name, CV isn't the best steel. And these are only thinly plated, likely cheap steel inside. Some of the bits I got were flaking off straight outta the box. Also, the manufacture of the bits is mediocre. Instead of sharp clean edges they are rough, uneven, rounded off, and just not precise (likely why some of the CV plating didn't stick). The "tamper" torx bits may not work, with the rounded edges and shallow cupped hole they may not fit deep enough/well enough to turn a screw. I don't have any of those screws to test on though, and they seem rare enough to not be a concern for me. They do work as regular torx bits (I have already used them for that).
Also, the bits are not magnetic, they rely on a magnet in the driver passing through...thus they don't have much pull. I couldn't pull the small screws out of the mouse I disassembled yesterday, had to turn it over to tip them out.
There's what appears to be an adapter piece in the set just above the driver. It's useless in the set itself, since it doesn't fit the driver. I assume it's so you can use these bits in a different driver, and I assume it's supposed to be magnetic as well...but mine has some flaw inside and no magnetic connection so the bits just fall out.
Still, for the price and number of bits included, the driver, and flex shaft I think it was a decent deal.
