I was just checking out, and I noticed theres a $5 order charge, anyone know what this is for? or are they tacking on an extra $5 for everyone that orders to make up for their coupons they sent out ?

Well if anyone is near Sioux Falls South Dakota, they just recieved another shipment, there was 7 left(model 740) at about 5pm, I snatched up two.

Yeah, I ordered and my order status says DI-704P but I received the 704. I was just going to keep the 704, but I got to thinking about it and I really like the 704P not because of the print server so much, but because the ports are all on the back of the 704P. Cleaner looking I guess. Anyway, I talked to a customer service rep and she said that they were aware of the problem and the only thing to do is send the old one back and order a new one. Not the answer I wanted, but I did order a new one and will send the old one back after I receive it. If you order a new one, remember that the rebate ends on the 16th I think so don't wait.

Well, I got email back from Best Buy very, very fast. On the other hand, it wasn't that hard - all the CSR did was cut-'n'-paste a couple of lines about how they value good customer service and then cut-'n'-paste in their returns policy.

Annoying gits. They ship the wrong item; I get to haul it down to UPS to pay for returning it and then hope that they get around to reimbursing me.

Tempting to just contact MasterCard. The item I received is not the item I ordered and for which I was invoiced...
