He needs to back the fuck off, and hire a football mind to take over personnel decisions. I hear Marty Schottenheimer is looking for such a gig. They won't do it. But Dallas would look a lot better for it.
Shit, I kind of want Marty to coach the Browns again, after we snag Pioli to take over Savage's post. But that won't happen either. We'll end up Pioli/McDaniels, or Pioli/Ferentz. Neither of which I would mind.
