I dont watch it, I think it more disney-backed, mind-numbing crap for the drones to feed on, of course, I am the only person in my circle who doesnt watch it religously. Of course, I have never seen &quot;titanic&quot; either, and I think I am the only person in the world, except maybe that guy in somalia....

anyway, didn't watch the first series and watched about s2 twice (forced to do it the second time)...
I would like to say one thing though &quot;REALITY SHOW MY BUTTOCKS&quot;... but oh well, it's for the ratings...

It was kinda funny the second time I watched it with my gf though... cuz they were forced to stand on a pole in the middle of the river and see who would last the longest!!! and in the end, that guy convinced this other person to get off so he'll win... what a load of junk!!! it was like a bit over 10hrs of standing on a pole... big whoop!!! that's not a challenge, I remember doing an 8hr blind folded one legged stand in gr.7 to win a contest (blindfolding makes you lose your balance). 8hrs got me first place and it wasn't gruelling hard at all. so 10hrs with 2 feet planted and not losing your balance is like a walk in the park! I love how those guys who lost were commenting on how hard it was and how they plan to save energy by quitting early... standing with 2 fet planted on a log for 10hrs+ tires you out as much as a 15min jog!!! (pity pity)

well, anyway, the only reality show I like is that ECO Challenge created by discovery channel and subaru... now that's TRUE REALITY! now that's a REAL show!

unixfreak I feel a bit sorry for you. Not only do you think that survivor watchers are drones, but you also seem at least mildly proud that you managed to avoid the Titanic histeria. News Flash: Titanic is a good movie. It doesn't make you a drone to have watched it, just as it doesn't make you a drone to watch survivor. Have you seen the matrix or any of the star wars movies (you're a drone!), or do you just sit in your dreary basement all day tapping away in unix, all proud about how you're better than everybody else in the world? All the while you have no friends because &quot;people are such sheep and can't think for themselves&quot;?

News flash #2: Spending 1/168th of my week watching survivor doesn't make me a drone, and thats what I take offense to because its a madly ignorant comment.

Hehe, she IS cute, so much in fact, that we spend every thursday during survivor with one person at the TV, and one person at the computer, taking screen captures every time she's on the screen. We've got quite a little collection going on my computer.

My sisters watch it and from what I have seen she's not that great looking, plus she comes off as a mondo airhead.

Well I never really seen either of the seasons of survivor. Maybe like 2 episodes of the first one. Never saw the ending one and half a episode of the second season. Only time I seem to catch it is when I come into work and it happens to be on the TV. I can't get any TV reception out in my house at all. Just DVD's and movies for me.

Ire ally should hook up my satelitte dish and receiver that I've had since december. I never get around to it.

And another thing... I never seen 'Titanic' either. I see no point to. Whats a big deal about love story on a ship that sanked and killed lots of people. Its pretty much a given its not going to be a good ending.

Ohh I'm stationed in Spain if anycares about the whole tv thing.. I only have like 5 channels to choose from when viewing american tv. And the commercials aren't commercials.. they slam this military crap down your throat its sickenig. On the other hand the spanish tv does get very interesting arounf 11 pm every night...hehehe got to love europe on the openness of err sex
