I went to sleep at ten, planning on getting an early night for once. And I woke up at one, unable to go back to sleep!! Now I am gonna be all tired again in the morning, plus I have a stupid head cold.

The best way to get to sleep is to down a little cold wine really fast. That will really do you in. Ofcourse, whether or not your of legal age or not, I don't know. But that stuff can work fast
