I can't believe I saw this movie TWICE lol. This movie is brutal, but friggin hilarious.
It's not a comedy, but damn, since the lines and effects and the movie itself is SOOOO cheesy that it's sooo funny.

some funny moments in the video:
He rams himself through a metal wall to escape being drowned by rising concrete.
After he gets his muscles of his arm cut off, he reattaches them by tying the muscle fiber together to continue fighting.
the way his girlfriend dies is friggin classic. that is top notch special effects right there. Me and roommates replayed that scene like 10 times and laughed soo hard each time.
the transformation effects of the final boss = hilarous
While he's tied up, one of the bad guys shoves a ton of razor blades into his mouth, and slaps him. All these razor blades stick out of his face from inside his mouth. Yet, after he escapes this predicament, in the next scene he's totally fine (you'll see that throughout the movie this happens a lot, and the comedic value for each time is very high, although very gory).
And everytime a head explodes, body parts fly off, etc due to riki's punches, it has this hilarous BRRFFFFFFFRROOOFFT sound effect w/ serious music in the background roflmao.
