According to a documentary I saw on TLC, chicks dig guys with nice asses because on a subconscious level, the male ass is an indicator of "thrusting power".

And why do guys dig breasts? Most mammals get it on doggystyle. Humans usually break out missionary or some other frontal position. Men are attracted to round protuberances and, because of their mammalian doggystyle instincts, breasts compensate for it.

Only way to get a round behind is to lift weights. Squats are the main way to get a behind, but combine that with leg workouts and you get the complete round behind the ladies love.
