Was that necessary? No, I don't think it was.

I also have a 4 number safe. But the OP has been such a dick to all my friends in the thread, I'm not going to help him.

Hope you never get it open.

You say that how would you assume that you needed to state you had the combination? Why should we assume you have it? I haven't been on AT all that long but I know you get a little further being nice then treating everyone who is just trying to help like an idiot.

I realize this post has no controbution to your thread, just my .02

Wow, the OP is quite the asshole.

Here is another post that contributes nothing.
I hope this wasn't helpful in any way.

I got a bit of sun today while laying out at the pool. I look down at my bare chest and see some red in there. I hope it doesn't become a burn.

Speaking of burns, I nominate this thread for self-ownage thread of 2006.

Epoman, it's honestly your fault. You never once mentioned you had the combination. You forget the sequence? As in, the order of numbers, or which way to turn?

Exactly, his post lacked relevant information and made him sound like a neffer. No right to complain

Man when people say off-topic sure is different than before, they are so right. full of people who feel the need to be smart-asses instead of helpful.

I HAVE combination I need the sequence.

Nevermind, why do I even bother. This site really is going down hill, it would be before if a person needed help there would be several helpful people, but now........

Had you explained that in your OP, perhaps you wouldn't have had as much BS in here.

There aren't too many sequence variations. Just play around until you figure it out.

Why would I have to explain that I HAVE the combo wouldn't that be a given? Why would I expect someone to have my safe combo  Jesus, your just making excuses for the nefs.

Dude, you're screwed up. It never occurred to me that you needed the turn sequences, it sounded like you were asking how to figure out your combination.

Here's what I said:

What's the way to open a 4 number combo? There is NOTHING on any of brinks websites. and google doe not help me.

Anyone know the directions?

I still can't believe you think someone would ask if they knew a combo to some strangers safe on the internet. Wait now that I think of it this is ATOT.

Jesus dude you need to calm down. Don't you remember pr0n kid? "How do I turn off the protection on adult channels? I work for a video store and it's for a bet, I promise."

Combinations consist of FOUR (4) positions (numbers).
BEFORE YOU START
Before you begin, please clear all settings by turning the dial CLOCKWISE (to the right)
three times. We also recommend to try the procedure with your safe door open first. Then
follow these steps:
TURNING SEQUENCE
1. Start the dial on 0 (zero).
2. Turn the dial to the RIGHT, passing your first combination number FOUR (4)
times and stopping at that number on the fifth time around.
3. Turn the dial to the LEFT, passing your second combination number TWO (2)
times and stopping at that number the third time around.
4. Turn the dial to the RIGHT, passing your third combination number ONE (1) time
and stopping at that number the second time around.
5. Turn the dial to the LEFT, to the last combination number and STOP.
6. Insert the key in the cylinder lock and turn RIGHT to open.
Your safe should now be opened.

You're welcome.

Thanks, I saw that on google too, I am trying that, can a safe just stop working and not open?

Technically, yes it can. It has moving parts, and these parts have a small chance of breaking at some point or another after years and years of use

Yeah... sounds like you'll need to hire a locksmith. If they can't crack it open, they'll need to drill out the lock.

Personally, I'd take it outside and bust it open with an iron spike and a sledge hammer. I'm bored and feel the need to break something, though

Just use a cutting torch around the lock until you've completely cut it out. If you still can't get it open you're an idiot.
