It's supposed to be 14F here Tuesday. That's pretty damned cold for MD, and I've heard our cold feels colder than Montana cold, even at a higher temperature. The person that said that to me said it was due to humidity. I can't confirm, but it makes sense.
That could be. I remember once I was in Toronto, or some other place down south, and it was not that cold, but it felt super cold. It goes right through you.

I was told that by a lifetime resident of Montana. They couldn't wait to get back home where it was more comfortable to them. You can take that data as you see fit, but I tend to side with people that have experienced what they're talking about.
