well, that sucked. Congrats Kings, they outclutched the Lakers tonight. Not having Shaq that final 4 minutes was tough.

The Kings have pretty much outplayed a superior Laker team for the last 4 games...

Best of luck, Kings. Beat LA!

And what was Webber doing trying to dribble between his legs, like he was Bibby or something. I scared my dog I screamed at the TV so loud! Man, what a game!

Kobe was about the whole Lakers team tonight. Sure Shaq had 50 dunks over Divac, but where is he comes fourth quarter? *laugh*

sheeesh you Laker fans are a bunch of ingrates. If it wasn't for Kobe, it would be
Spurs vs Kings right now.

Kobe is the only reason why the Lakers won game 1 and 3 of that series.

Kobe is good, I'll give him that. But take Shaq out of the game and have the defense focus in on him and all you have is
a good player.

I agree with the Fisher/Bibby statements. The four out on Shaq was kinda iffy... But I was estatic (sp?) when Bibby made the clutch shot.

bibby is the total difference between last year's squad that got swept and this one. makes us realize we need to replace derek fisher with a real point guard who can penetrate and shoot as well as bibby.

with the Lakers drafting as low as they will be, they should take Maryland's Juan Dixon. Though he played shooting guard in college, he's 6'3 and has excellent ball handling skills, is a great defender, and a great shooter. NCAA tournament mvp i believe. I dont' know why so many reporters are ranking him so low, but he'd be an ideal choice for the Lakers if they can convert him to a point guard. If not, then i hope the Kings can take him a few picks later

Jackson doesn't like small guards. Dixon, can he play the point? Because he certainly is too small to play shooting guard. (Iverson being an exception)

It's very likely the Lakers will pick Juan Dixon in the draft. The triangle offense doesn't need a traditional PG. If he can hit open jumpers, it's aight.

Damn what happened to the Fish from last year's playoffs?

Not quite sure why Kobe paused for a second or two after he took the pass.He ended up having to rush the shot and it was all brick city from there.

Having the big man down low sure makes the game a lot easier

I see them taking a big man. Samaki is a worse PF then Fisher is a PG. Plus Fish is signed for a couple more years whereas Walker isn't (tho I don't think he helped his value in the PF's thus far). Boozer, Mason Jr. Gizzard, etc.

I think Dixon might be the choice if he's there. He's a good defender, has a tough will to win, and can get his own shot. Plus, he's taller than Fisher (6'3" for Dixon, 6'1" for Fisher), so there's no reason he couldn't fit in Jackson rotation. Rod Grizzard or Tayshaun Prince are also considerations if the Lakers want a taller atheletic SF/SG type. Predrag Savovic might also be a consideration if he makes it down that far.
