Microsoft wants me to wait at home while they "send someone out" so they can see what's wrong with my intellimouse explorer..heh, nice RMA policy..NOT!

Now After about 3 phone numbers, I Have to call this number so they can "send someone out"

Sounds like they think it is your system and not the mouse, otherwise they would just send one to you.

They think you have an illegal copy of windows and are sending someone out to check it and threaten your life to tell them where you got it, who else has one, and why you would do such a thing. They will put you in a windowless cell and torture you..................or they really want to provide some nice personal service.

I called 2 weeks ago with an Intellimouse Explorer problem...was on the phone only 5 minutes and I got my new mouse within 1 week.

Who should I call so I can at least just send this faulty pos back to them (phone #)? I allready have a case num...it's not worth the hassle if they want to come out.

most ppl would love if pc makers cared enough to come out and check stuff out!!!

i would LOVE if those companys sent someone out to my place everytime i had a problem...

why should i pay shipping on an rma?? get a dude to come out to my place!
