Me and my GF are trying to be healthier. We go to the gym 3x a week, and rarely eat out anymore.
She has hight BP, and I am trying to bulk up, plus we both are trying to burn a few excess pounds.
We try to eat high protein, low sodium, and low fat whenever possible.
She splurged a little with the Safflower Oil, but other than that I'd say it was well in line with our diet.
1.5 lb Chicken Breast (grilled with lotsa spices)
1 regular package of Tofu (fried with a little oil + more hot spices )
Sauce: Sugar, Little Bit Soy Sauce, Corn Starch, and MORE SPICES

Plus some diced peppers + onions
She fried all the stuff up, made the sauce, and spread it all over a bed of the rice.
