Damn stuttering in Battlefield 2

I got 35-40fps which is playable with 0 stutter thanks to 2GB ram.

if you would have just turned down texture to medium you would have been under 1GB, assuming your machine idles @ ~240MB......

Ya but I could play it at max, why not? Besides, thats BF2 + Azureus sucking up 300mb+ too

I love 2GB ram .

the difference between medium and high texture was minimal at best, imo. but if you go with the expansion pack, you would be best to use 2GB, as i just found out

my machine i use for bf2 is a64 3200+ nf3 with a x800xl agp 1gig DDR400 and it stutters only when i get into a game and thats it, all settings on high
