The midterm was postponed 3 weeks after it was scheduled to take place, so I have a midterm on Chem on thursday, then a final on tuesday on the same class...weird scheduling.

I got through with (lazy professor wants to do it early) gender and chinese modern lit last week I have fluid mechanics in 7 hours or so (I loved the class save for boundry layers in turbulent and even laminar flow....WHO CARES. Its so small and tiny its nearly insignificant!)
I spend all weekend finishing my senior design report for my biomed class with my 3 other group mates...that took a LOOOOOONG time (55 pages single spaced not coutning appendicies :X we decided to bump the spacing up to 1.5 simply because it was EASIER to read)
I am still working on my materials science report which i'm screwed because my partner dissapeared meaning i need to redesign tihs project since we were running into difficulties (probably change it into a mini project that runs in tandem with my biomed design to make life a little easier)
I haven't even studied chiense3A for over a week so I'm screwed when that comes
I didn't take the first intro to bio med class 5 years ago...so its time for that now it isn't hard but it takes way too much time

and to think next quarter i have 7 classes =-=

anyways don't freak out if the class has a high curve - its a GOOD thing because it a) shows test is easy or b)he knows EXACTLY what he wants to teach you guys and he did a good job. Whenever we have classes where the mean is 40 and an 80 represents 2-3 std dev either the class is the laziest bunch of mofos evar, o r the teacher REALLLY sucks

Binghamton University = registrar that felt it was ok to throw physics 2, diff eq, modern physics, and anthro finals all under 24 hrs apart. I have 3 back to back finals tuesday. Fvck my life.

sure we choose to do it. but that doesn't make it any less hard.

i'm not sure what you do, but engineering is not easy by any means. i am dreading my transport phenomena final tomorrow, and my metals final even moreso. god, metals will be awful.

My school was on a quarters system - jan-march, apr-june, june-aug, sept-dec. Its a co-op school, so your first year you do 3 terms of class then 1 break, the next 3 years you do 2 terms of co-op, 2 terms of class, then senior year is 3 terms of class.

It was a lot, no "real" break for 4 years straight after freshman year, but co-op made it all worthwhile (anyone go to Commerce Bank? I wrote the Penny Arcade at a co-op....)

This is in addition to studying for finals (grad quantum, grad classical, and some grad math class that I don't care about) of my own and having students e-mailing me constantly to ask if I've seen their final yet. No, I haven't seen your final exam, and I wouldn't tell you what's on it even if I had!

I had one student come to me suggesting that he shouldn't have to take the final because he's such a good student. His average right now is about a 70%, which is just barely above the average. Unless you're batting near 100%, don't come to me suggesting that your final exam be dropped.

What's nice is that I'm leaving town for 3 weeks as soon as I'm done grading (which will begin after I take my last final). Even if students e-mail me, I won't be able to tell them anything; they'll have to take it up with the professor.

I hate TAs.

that sucks a lot. my school doesn't allow more than 2 in a 24hr period.

and, seriously, when does anybody REALLY care when you complain (unless its about something that has a serious chance of affecting them, which, in most cases is not true). we just vent because it makes US feel better.

hate studying for bio 108. i know its easy compared to what some of you guys are taking, but its a ton of material to cover...theres no way in hell anyone can remember all of this word for word. sociology i dont really care about because thats an easy A for me, as well as chem lab and rhetoric because those are just concepts. chem lecture on the other hand....thats going to kill me. and it just happens to be on friday 3-5PM.

man i hate finals.
