Yeah, a lot of people feel that way. But more than that, it's really unhealthy. You have get down to maybe 1 or 2% body fat to get that cut and that's not natural.

I guess if you only do it for short periods of time you might be ok but these guys do a lot of competitions from what I understand so they can't bounce back too much if they're going to prepare for the next event.

Contest body fat is variable (and often argued about) but I'm certain it never hits 1 to 2. You'd be dead. Unhealthy is correct for today's body builders, many will tell you they feel like shit near contest time
