I'm not trying to incite another argument here, but how is this any different than someone like Carlin that talks about all things that he does? If someone that can aggregate every curse word known in a single "joke" somehow more high-brow?
That's just one example. I love George Carlin, but I don't understand this comedy snobbery that seems to pervade this thread. It's comedy; it's
all somewhat immature and silly.
So, let's get to the heart of this disdain for Dane (yeah, I'm obviously no comedian). Is it because he's a pop comic? Is it simply the "he's popular so I'll say he's overrated" mentality?
