It was pretty crazy seeing him in The Machinist. I knew it was him before watching it, but it certainly looked nothing like Bale from all the other movies (American Psycho, The Prestige, Terminator: Salvation, Batman, etc).

when i saw the trailer, i couldn't tell if it was mr. freeze or bane. i turned to my friend and said, "it's either bane or mr. freeze... can't tell... context clues suggest freeze, but it looks like bane."

edit: ok, so it's bane... and tom hardy is playing bane??? really?? i figured someone like triple h or brock lesnar or something...
