Call me paranoid but I believe the resolution is far greater than shown in the video. I can't imagine letting potential enemies see exactly how good the resolution is.

Came here to post this. The narrator said it stores everything, and even with the assumption that it's on the ground, that would be 1/4 million 4TB HDD's for 1 day of footage, or 91 million HDD's per year.

That can be done. Not routinely atm, but once storage tech advances enough, nothing will be thrown away. This is NSA's new center in Utah, and it isn't their only one.

Things like drone images will be tied in to license plate scanners, facial recognition, and RFID scanners for 100% coverage.

There isn't some magic storage mechanism out there. They use the same technologies, just on a larger scale. Especially true if the budget only allows them to buy cell-phone quality sensors and Windows to run the demo.
