The December 10th date was vacated due to a schedule conflict that the "persecutor" had.
It will be some time before a trial... there are motions and discovery still in the works.

I read up on some info on the McOwen story and was thinking this has got to be the worst joke in the world. But if it's true, I still believe this is the worst joke in the world. I can't believe such a ludricrous charade can go on for so long.

Unfortunately as Networkman said it is not a joke and the Nightmare is real. Since there is no other thread to update, yesterday the Discovery and evidence material from the State has arrived at my Attorney's office. Also would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays and warmest wishes and thank everyone for your support and words of encouragement this year since this happened, I don't know how I or Donna would be holding up at all. My wife Donna said it better than I in her Holiday Message that is posted at freemcowen.com. - David
