Read in the newspaper today that a big chunk of Davis's proposed budget cuts were gonna come from K-12 education, 2.2 billion dollars to be exact. I didn't even know we spent that much on our "education system" already. So the worst education state gets even worse... definitely a step forward!
I am sure the California education system is far better than what they have in Indiana. Arkansas, Mississippi, West Virginia, etc.
Davis has two ways of dealing with California's deficit:
1. Reduce costs, spending
2. Increase income, taxes
What do you suggest he do?
