Day 1 of my Chili

Day 3. I feel kind of funny, weird aches in my lower stomach area. The italian loaf of bread is all gone now...1 pot down, 2 to go. I did buy a bag of milk today to wash the chili down.

Day 4. Started with a bowl of chili before work..and now gonna be a bowl for dinner. 1 big pot left. The struggle is real.

They have this invention called a freezer. It lets you freeze food so you can eat it weeks later.

Or since you're in Canada, you could just put it outside...

no clue why i have an irrational fear of freezing food. I just do.

Some foods freeze well, chili is one of those. Get a bunch of mason jars and put it in. I felt weird putting glass in the freezer the first time I tried it, but it does work! you just need to leave some space on top, and don't use the ones that have a narrow opening.

I'm going to see if my shrink will give me medical marijuana in a few weeks here in NJ now that anxiety is on the list. soon after I too will be making overly large batches of chili and posting about it.

they were average sized pots...i'm a typical guy when it comes to pot sizes. i may of exaggerated a wee bit.
